Soft white bread A nice slice of fresh bread; especially that which you have made yourself, is definitely something to look forward to in the morning. After many trials and fails, I have been able to come up with this very simple and cheap recipe. This recipe uses water as the liquid but will soon share the recipe that incorporates milk, which is slightly different. Be sure to share your pictures and comments! Note: I used all purpose flour. You can switch with white bread flour which will give you better volume. Ingredients 350 g  all purpose flour 180 ml  lukewarm water 10 g  sugar 1 teaspoon  instant dry yeast 1 teaspoon  salt Butter/margarine for greasing baking equipment Oil for greasing Steps 3hours (2 1/4 hr wait period) Check your temperature of water to ensure its adequate for activating the dry yeast. Simple Bread Recipe Ingredients 3 1/2 cups  flour 1 1/4  luke warm cup water 1 packet  yeast (2 tbsp) 1  egg 1/3 cup  vegetable oil 2 tbsp  sugar 1 tsp  salt Steps Add yeast, sugar, egg to warm water     Let the yeast mixture rest for two minutes     In a bowl or using stand mixer, mix together flour and salt     Add yeast mixture in little at a time until a dough is formed     Cover dough and let it rest for 30 minutes     After 30 minutes, form little ball with dough, about 1 inch diameter and transfer to a greased pan.     Cover and let is raise again for another 15 to 20 min.     Preheat oven to 400F     Bake for 15 minutes

Easy White Bread

White Bread My favorite white bread recipe. I bid store bought bread goodbye long ago. We make the bread every weekend. Can keep up-to 5 days stored in an airtight container in the fridge, 3 days max on the counter. 6 cups  flour 2 teaspoons  salt 1 tablespoon  active dry yeast 1 tablespoon  sugar 1/4 cup  vegetable oil/butter 2 1/2 cups  warm water Steps Proof the yeast. Add 1/2 cup warm water in a big bowl, stir in the sugar and yeast and set aside for five minutes. If the yeast is active it will bubble. If it does not bubble discard and repeat this step.     Mix flour and salt. Sift the flour twice.     Add the remaining 2 cups of water to the yeast mixture. If using oil add it now.     Add half the flour and stir with wooden spoon or dough mixer if using one. If using butter, add it now.     Add the remaining flour keep mixing. Ingredients 1 x 7 g sachet of dried yeast 1 kg strong bread flour , plus extra for dusting Method Pour 650ml of tepid water into a large bowl. Add the yeast and mix with a fork for a couple of minutes. Pour in most of the flour and half a teaspoon of sea salt, then use a fork to mix together until you can’t move it anymore. Now get your clean hands in there and bring it together as a ball of dough, adding more flour as you need to stop your hands and the dough sticking. Transfer the dough to a flour-dusted surface and keep it moving, kneading, pushing and stretching it for 5 minutes, or until you have a silky and elastic dough. Use your floured hands to shape the dough into a rough ball, put it in a bowl, flour the top and cover with a clean, damp tea towel. Allow it to prove for about an hour or an hour and 30 minutes, or until doubled in size – ideally in a warm, draught-free place. Easy Simple bread

Simple bread Ingredients 2 cups  flour 1 Tbsp  dry active yeast 2 Tbsp  vegetable oil or butter 2 Tbsp  Sugar 1 Tbsp  Salt 1 Cup  warm water 110° Dissolve the yeast in water and wait for 5 mins then add all ingredients.     On a floured surface, knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl and turn once to grease the top. Cover and let it rise for 2 hours.     Punch down the dough. Knead the dough in a lightly floured surface. Mould into a 🍞 shape and place in a greased tin. Let it rise again for 30mins. Bake for 30-45mins at 375°. Let it cool on the rack.

Easy Homemade Bread with No-Eggs

          Homemade Bread with No-Eggs Ingredients 3 cups  all purpose flour 21/2 tsp  yeast 2 tsp  sugar or more (you can substitute with 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey) 1 tsp  salt 2 tbsp  cooking oil 11/4 cups  buttermilk or milk room temperature (I substitute with 6 tbsp of cultured buttermilk powder with 1 cup and 21/2 tbsp room temperature water, because I run out milk) Note: If using manually, please reduce the milk or buttermilk from 11/4 cups to 1 cup Then prepared 1/4 cup of lukewarm water If using buttermilk powder please using lukewarm water instead of room temperature water Steps With bread maker method: Put all ingredients by putting water first then continue with all the dry ingredient into bread pan fitted with kneading paddle. Secure bread pan into the bread maker. Then press Start button. And let the bread maker do the rest. When the cycle is complete, remove the bread pan from the machine and transfer bread to wire rack to cool completely before slicing. Manually method:
